Designers & builders of mid-century homes from 1954, when two brothers Herman & Martin Sibbel immigrated from Hollard to Australia. The brothers came from three generations of designers & builders and were keen to make their mark in Australia. The business was later taken over by Herman son, Meyer Sibbel in 1968. 

Sibbel houses are renowned for their innovative design, quality finish, north-facing layout, internal timber cladding detail and beautifully handcrafted cabinetry. The daughters of Meyer Sibbel followed in the family footsteps with Zuster designer furniture.
